Robert A, (Tony) Ratcliffe, 29, died Wednesday at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Surviving are one son, Matthew G. Ratcliffe of Radford; two daughters, Jessica and Andrea Ratcliffe, both of Radford; his mother, Barbara White Ratcliffe of Belspring; two sisters, Connie Lynn Ratcliffe of Belspring and LuAnn Morgan of Dublin; maternal grandparents, Rachel White of Belspring and D.L. White of Daytona beach, FL; paternal grandmother, Lena F. Ratcliffe of Dublin. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Belspring Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dewey Weaver Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the Hickman Cemetery, Pulaski County. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Pulaski County Rescue Squad. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at the Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home in Radford.
